
First Days of School Reminders
• Hours: Start time: 8:00 a.m., End time: 3:45 p.m.
• Doors will not open until 7:30 am. Do not drop your students off before that time.
• Students and staff are required to self-screen before coming to school by asking the following questions (TEA mandate): Have you recently begun experiencing any of the following in a way that is not normal for you?
• Temperature of 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit or higher or feeling feverish
• Loss of taste or smell
• Cough
• Difficulty Breathing
• Shortness of breath
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Chills
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Shaking or exaggerated shivering
• Significant muscle pain or ache
• Diarrhea
• Nausea or vomiting
• Students will also be screened, including temperature check, prior to loading busses as well as before entering the building.
• Families are encouraged to drop students off or walk with their students to school to reduce possible virus exposure on buses.
• Due to social distancing requirements, masks are required for all bus drivers and riders (regardless of age).
• Students may bring their lunch. It is preferred they bring it in a disposable bag/container. If they must bring a lunch box, we request our families to please disinfect nightly before returning the following day.
• Students will not utilize backpacks or lockers.

Pick up procedure Elementary and Jr High
Enter the drive by the Church building and proceed around to the Elementary building. Stop by the corner of the awning at the back of the elementary building. There will be a sign for the pick-up point and a staff member to direct traffic during the first week of school. The elementary staff will bring your student(s) to your vehicle to load. Line up single file as we have in the past. After your student is loaded, proceed to the left of the buses to FM 219 to depart.
High School
Enter the HS parking area using the entry from CR 370 by the CTE building. Proceed down the drive until you reach the marked pick-up point. Line up single file on the road and pick-up your student. Please do not block traffic or sit in line for an extended period of time.

Drop-off procedures Grades Pre-K to 8th.
Student drop off begins at 7:30 am.
Enter the drive by the Lingleville Baptist Church building and proceed around to the Elementary building. Turn left by the elementary and drive between the elementary and the maintenance buildings. Stop at the ramp between the elementary building and the cafeteria. There will be staff to direct traffic during the first week of school. Staff members will meet you at your vehicle and screen your student(s). Students will remain in the vehicle until health check is complete.
After a successful screening, your students will exit your vehicle and proceed down the stairs/ramp, where they will enter the cafeteria building through the teacher workroom door (brown door on the right) to pick up breakfast and go to their classroom.
Students who are not eating breakfast will proceed down the ramp and go their respective buildings and classrooms.
High School Drop-off.
Begins at 7:30 am.
Enter the HS parking area using the entry from CR 370 by the CTE building. Proceed down the drive until you are stopped by staff members who will conduct the health screening. Once the students have left the vehicle, parents may exit by driving the designated route as directed by the on duty staff members.
Staff members will meet you at your vehicle and screen your student(s).
After a successful screening, your students will exit your vehicle and proceed to the front entrance of the High school where they will enter the building. They will be able to pick up breakfast at the concession stand and proceed to their classroom.
