Your Lady Cardinals volleyball team came home from Rising Star Wednesday with a COMPLETE SWEEP of the Lady Wildcats! Junior High won 2-0, JV won 2-0 and your Varsity Lady Cardinals won a tight battle 3-0 to extend the streak to 8 in a row!
Congratulations to this group of guys! These 4 got 6th out of 27 teams at their first build-off, going against a lot of teams who do it all the time. It was a long day but they worked extremely hard and made a beautiful project!
3 hour drive both ways and 7 hours of work, I am extremely proud of their effort and I am looking forward to doing more with them!

Carla the Cardinal made an appearance this morning to welcome students and remind them about all the upcoming activities at Lingleville ISD.
Volleyball tonight, tattoo sales in the morning, Cardinal Pride Night tomorrow night, and just a reminder that, if you are tailgating please be parked by 5pm
Cardinal Pride Night is fast approaching! Tailgate spots are being painted, decorations are being gathered, mini cheerleaders are getting excited, powder puff practices are happening, silent auction items are being labeled, photo props are coming together, awards are gaining their finishing touches, and ALL our mighty cardinals are ready for some fun. Can't wait to see everyone Friday!!!
Here is a list of just a few items that will be found at the silent auction table Friday at Cardinal Pride Night. All funds raised will go toward new football equipment.

For all those that registered, Fall Mini Cheer Camp starts tomorrow at 4:15pm in the Intermediate Rock Gym. Please make sure that your child has water to drink and athletic shoes on.
Don't forget! Cheerleaders are selling tattoos on Fridays at 7:20am. Tomorrow they will have volleyball tattoos as well!

First pep rally of the 24-25 school year is this Friday, September 27th at 2:30 in the High School gym. We are ready to Hunt Down the Lions and wear all our camouflage.
CH designs will be here Tuesday, September 24th to meet with the Junior class about custom class rings!
Save the date! Jostens will be here next week Wednesday, Sept 25th @ 1:00pm, to meet with the Junior and Senior classes about class rings and graduation regalia. The meeting will take place in room 701 in Junior High building. Orders will be due Wednesday Oct 2nd.

The Small Animal Care and Management class finally had the opportunity to learn hands-on about Canine Handling, Parasite Control and Grooming. Students first were taught how to handle a dog, worm, wash, dry, and care for hair. The second day they were asked to care for a dog all on their own accord.
